"We have such a wide variety of products here in the Vogelsberg that we don't have to buy from huge shopping giants or purchase goods from far-away regions," says First District Councillor Dr. Jens Mischak. So anyone looking for an original gift from the Vogelsberg can order now: There are six different assortments to choose from, so there should be something for everyone.
They are called "The Traditional", "The Breakfast Bag", "The Daily Ration", "The Feel Good Bag", "The Delight Bag" and "The Energy Kick" and delight with many different products: Sausage, Belugalinsen, energy taler, flour, honey, soap, body butter, beeswax candle, volcanic secco, liqueurs and whisky, to name but a few. All products that have been awarded the Vogelsberg ORIGINAL. The green felt bags were sewn in the Herbstein workshop and are in themselves a gift that can be wonderfully reused after being emptied and enjoyed.
"We're ready, we are good to go", says Michael Dippel, workshop manager at Kompass Leben e.V. in Alsfeld. He and his staff take care of the logistics and look forward to receiving numerous orders. This is done using an order form on the www.vogelsberg-original.de website. There you can also find information on the respective contents of the product ranges. Order online and pick up offline is the motto. After placing the order, the bags can be picked up at one of the three Kompass Leben e.V. locations - Herbstein, Lauterbach and at the RegionalLaden Markt 12 in Alsfeld.
